ADJ Products LLC offers a 30-day return window for all professional lighting and audio equipment to ensure your complete satisfaction with our technology. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any electronics back to our warehouse.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original factory box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate protective padding to prevent transit damage to sensitive components.

  Shipping Labels

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outer shipping box and use a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx to send the package to our designated service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for functionality; approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
